Das Apartment ist sehr hell, warm und schön, liegt im Tiefparterre eines gepflegten Altbauhaus. Man kann Keller als auch Waschraum mit anderen Bewohnern mitbenutzen.
Miete ist 400 Euro plus Stromkosten (die sind ungefähr 100 Euro pro Monat, wegen Stromheizung und Stromdurchlauferhitzer).
Die Küche verfügt über Küchenzeile inkl. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierer und Kochstelle.
