10 Square Meter One Room Flat in Poppelsdorf

The single flat is 10 square meters. There are two sinks inside the room, one meant for kitchen purposes and one for other uses. There is one window, one 2-burner portable stovetop, one half fridge with freezer inside, one large bookshelf and one large closet dresser with a place for hanging clothes, and space for folded clothes (see provided pictures). There is a shared bathroom with other tenants on the same floor. The Landlord prefers a student renter.

I also have some pieces of furniture which I can leave behind for a price. These include a loft bed frame with or without a mattress for 50(with mattress) Euro or 25(without) and a foldable mounted table (pictured with green chair) with storage space for 50 Euro. I also have other kitchen items which I am willing to leave if wanted including a water boiler, a few plates, some cutlery, and some cooking utensils (pots/pans) for no additional price.

The Nebenkosten include internet, electricity, and water bills. If you use more electricity/water than what is included in the monthly rent cost, at the end of the year you will get a bill for the difference (typically 50 Euros or less depending on the individual)
