Die Wohnung liegt in Laufdistanz (7 Minuten Fußweg) zum Poppelsdorfer Platz, wo sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants befinden. Mit dem Bus gelangt man von hier aus schnell ins Zentrum (ca. 5 min) und auf den Venusberg zum Universitätsklinikum (ca. 10 min). Die Innenstadt ist auch angenehm mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
