Ich suche eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einem schönen Studentenhaus in der Südstadt.
Die Lage ist super. Man hat REWE, Edeka und DM direkt um die Ecke. Es sind außerdem nur 5 min bis zur nächsten S-Bahn Haltestelle.
Das Zimmer ist in einem schönen Altbau und liegt zum Garten hinaus. Es ist also sehr ruhig. Das findet man selten hier in Bonn!
Im Zimmer ist im Moment ein Waschbecken angebracht. Stattdessen könnte man aber auch bei Bedarf eine Pantry Küche anbringen.
Die Miete enthält Telefon, Strom/Heizung usw.
Das Zimmer soll an einen Studenten vermietet werden!
