Bright Appartment in a quiet area.
The flat is located in the second floor.
It has three separate areas: one with the bedroom and living room, another one with the kitchen and the last one with a bathroom.
The apartment comes completely unfurnished, but since I will be moving abroad I am interested in selling all the furniture (sofabed, bed, table, desk,...) in it to the next tenant, including a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave,...)
Washing machine and dryer are in the basement
The apartment will be available from the 1st of August but I can be flexible.
The apartment is located in Sudstadt, in the backyard of the lutherkirche. Just near the Botanic Garden. The area is super quiet and the flat has very beautiful views.
15min walk to Bonn Hbf.
5min walk to the poppelsdorf campus.
There are also bus stops and tram stops nearby.
The closest supermarket is Edeka, but you can also find Netto and Rewe in a short walk.
I think that registration is only possible for one person.
Since I am moving abroad I am interested in selling all furniture to the next tenant. Including all the kitchen appliances. Amounting around 700€.
The price of the appartment that I showed is the price that I am currently paying. It might be that the landlord will change it. The nebenkosten include gas, electricity and water.
