Hallo Zusammen,
meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung wird im Zeitraum von September bis Februar frei. Ich werde in diesem Zeitraum mit Erasmus ins Ausland gehen.
Es handelt es sich bei meiner schönen Wohnung um eine Maisonette Wohnung. Durch eine Treppe nach oben sind Wohnbereich und Schlafbereich getrennt. Eine kleine Küche mit Hochtisch und einem Sofa sind im Wohnbereich zu finden. Oben ist ein Bett sowie ein Schreibtisch und Schrank. Ich würde sie möbliert vermieten wollen.
Würde mich sehr freuen, wenn sich ein/e Untermieter/In für meine schöne Wohnung finden.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Sie ist sehr gut angebunden an den ÖPNV. Der Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Direkt um die Ecke sind sowohl Cafés, wie auch Rhein und Hofgarten. Das Juridicum liegt nur 2 Minuten entfernt.
Im Haus selbst sind super viele andere Studenten. Einen Keller mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner, wie auch ein Kellerraum der zur Wohnung gehört, hat das Haus auch.
