Hi there! I'm a student at United Nations University and University of Bonn in Bonn. And I'm subletting my room for almost 3 months. This is a student dorm and also has a lovely green backyard. The room, whole floor, and the kitchen got recently renewed so they are pretty new. The room is furnished with single bed, study table and chair, a book shelf, and a cupboard (also comes with a small smart tv to enjoy Netflix/Prime ;-) ). As it is a single room, you have to share kitchen, shower room, and toilets with the floor mates (who are very friendly and amazing folks). A sink is available inside the room.

**Rent: The total rent (warm rent) is 450 Euros and no extra costs are included as it is a student dorm so you donot need to pay any extra bills. The advance deposit is 200 Euros. Reach out if you have any questions.

**City registration not possible.

This dorm is located in an amazing location (the famous Südstadt) which is known for its beautiful streets and houses. It's location is the BEST thing about this dorm as it is very easily accessible to almost everywhere with walking distance: city centre (10 mins walk), Hofgarten (10 mins walk), Rhine river (12 mins walk), Uni Bonn main building (10 mins walk).
Another plus point is it's very near proximity to bus and tram stops. 600 Bus stop, and 61 & 62 Tram stop (Weberstraße stop) very close.

1 big kitchen, 2 shower rooms (male and female separately), 4 toilets (2 male and 2 females). All of them are cleaned regularly by cleaning service from the administration. But I do expect you to clean up the kitchen surface and stove area after cooking food (no need to clean the floor as it is cleaned by cleaning service people) as it is newly refurnished and renovated kitchen (with new fridges, cupboards, stoves, etc.).
