Hello My room is available from 25th November 2016 to 31st December 2016 for about 35 days .The student residence Tabu II is located in the district of Tannenbusch close to a shopping center. It is by public transport very well connected to the city center of Bonn: The subway is just an six minute drive time, the main university building.
The room is fully equipped with furniture and of course high speed Internet. As I live in here, my furniture will be in the room that you can use. That includes- microwave oven, own refrigerators, big screen monitor, stand fan, big office chair, multi-plug, all cooking utensils and so on. Of course I will make empty and clean some places so that you can put your own materials.
The rent price is including all of the utility cost. So in total the room rent is 250 euro for 35 days and 100 euro caution money. At the end of month you will get the deposit money back if everything in room is unbroken. Room rent and deposit money is in advance in total 350 euro from where 100 euro will return you back.
