Hallo,
da ich sehr kurzfristig, aus beruflichen Gründen wieder ins Ausland gehe, suche ich dringend einen Nachmieter für meine kleine, feine Wohnung in Vilich.
Sie liegt im Kellergeschoss, ist durch die 2 grossen Fenster(jeweils 1 in Küche und Wohnraum) aber schön hell.
Das Bad(weiss gekachelt) ist klein, aber absolut ausreichend und hat auch ein kleines Fenster.
Wohnraum, Flur und Bad sind gefliest und beide Fenster haben Jalousien.
In der Küche gibt es einen Hängeschrank, einen Kühlschrank, eine Spüle und 2 Kochplatten.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein eigener Kellerraum, der sich direkt nebenan befindet.
Platz für eine eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Waschküche vorhanden.
Das Treppenhaus wird 1x die Woche von einer Reinigungskraft gereinigt.
