Hey! Ich suche jemanden zur Zwischenmiete für meine Wohnung am Beethovenplatz :) Die Mietdaten können auch noch was nach hinten angepasst werden - je nachdem wie es dir am besten passt!
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohn/Schlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und ein kleines Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Sie ist möbliert und alle Küchengeräte etc. würden natürlich drin bleiven für die Zeit.
Die Lage ist super zentral, etwa 5-10 min zu fuß zum Hauptbahnhof. Auch in die Innenstadt/Altstadt kommt ma schnell zu Fuß. Sie ist außerdem super nah an dem Poppelsdorfer Campus und der Mensa. Der nächste Supermarkt ist auch ca. 5-10min zu Fuß.
Ansonsten ist mir nur wichtig dass du ordentlich und zuverlässig bist. Wenn du dich für die Zwischenmiete interessierst oder Fragen dazu hast melde dich gerne einfach bei mir, ich freue mich :)
