Ich vermiete hier meine 18qm große 1-Zimmer Wohnung im 1.0G für Studentinnen. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Hauskomplex für Studentinnen, bestehend aus 9 Wohnungen.
Da ich einige Möbel und weiter Utensilien für die Wohnung gekauft habe (vorher: Bild 13+14) nehme ich hierfür einen Abstand von 1000€.
Von Mai bis Juli gibt es einen Untermietvetrag über mich, danach wird die Wohnung übernommen und es gibt einen neuen Mietvetrag des Vermieters.
2023 wurde der komplette Komplex kernsaniert und alle Möbel sind neu gekauft.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehnähe und die Tramlinie 61 hält direkt vor der Haustür. Da der Wohnungskomplex in einem Innenhof liegt, ist es sehr ruhig.
Die Vermietung geht nur an Studentinnen mit gültigem Studentenausweis.
