wir bieten unsere Wohnung zur 3.5-wöchigen Zwischenmiete (9.7.-2.8.2012) zwecks Auslandsaufenthalt an. Es handelt sich um eine wirklich sehr schöne, helle Wohnung mit Ausblick auf einen beliebten Platz in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt und ein kernsanierter Altbau mit Charme. Es gibt einen tollen, großen Sonnenbalkon nach hinten raus. Trotz super zentraler Lage ist die Wohnung absolut ruhig. Geschäfte sind in fußläufiger Entfernung und das Zentrum in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso gibt es viele schöne Kneipen und Cafes um die Ecke. Alle unsere Möble können genutzt werden.
Ideal für Praktikanten, oder eben für jeden, der sich für diese Zeit in Bonn aufhält. Wir vermieten definitiv nur an eine EINZELPERSON!!!
Beautiful flat to rent in the old town of Bonn (from 9.7.-2.8.2012)
for 3.5 weeks. The flat is located very close to the city centre (5-10 minutes) and all shops are located within easy walking distance. Nice cafes and bars are just around the corner. The flat is really beautiful and light and has a big sun balcony. You can use all our furniture, kitchen facilities, etc.. We only rent this flat to
ONE person, no couples.
