Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Bonner Altstadt, direkt am Frankenbad.Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung, die sich direkt im Erdgeschoss befindet. Es gibt einen kleinen Flur in dem sich ein Einbauschrank befindet. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen großen Schlaf/Wohnraum. Die Küche ist seperat. In der Wohnung ist keine Küche vorhanden, doch würde ich meine Küchenzeile mit Herd und Hängeschränken bei Interesse da lassen.
Ein paar Meter weiter befindet sich auch schon ein Penny und mehrere Kneipen. Auch die Bushaltestelle für die 605 und 604 ist direkt vor der Haustür. Innerhalb von 7 Minuten ist man zu Fußauch schon in der Innenstadt.
