I am leaving my wonderful bright big one-room apartment in Bonn, Studio Style, centrally located (Bonn Zentrum). The location is awesome. It is 10 min to HBF or 25 min to ZEF; 5 min to Aldi, Rewe and other food stores. It is one-minute walk to public transport. There are parking places as well (garage is available based on agreement with the owners of the apartment)
The room is on the third floor, and there are stairs and lift and the infrastructure is friendly even for the wheel-chair users. And there is Hummel Apotheke downstairs, on the ground floor.

Second, the size is also nice. It is one room in square shape(studio style, ca 25-30 sq meters), plus entrance (ca 4 sq meters), plus a big terrace (ca 9 sq meters), plus bathroom (ca 6-8 sq meters). There are laundry machines in the Keller that you can use. Alternatively you can set your own laundry machine.

There is nice central heating system which you can regulate. It is very cozy. The floor is warm (laminat). And it is a bright apartment, there is lots of light. Kitchen is small but sufficient; and there is an exhaust system in the kitchen and the bathroom.

And the apartment is relatively not expensive. I pay 390 per month, plus 35 euro for electricity, and 20 euro for internet.
