da ich verreise, werde ich meine gemütliche Altstadt-Wohnung während der Osterferien möbliert untervermieten.
Es handelt sich um ein Schlafzimmer (das zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist) und um eine gemütliche Küche.
Ein eigenes Bad + Klo sind auch vorhanden. Eigene Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden, aber um die Ecke an der Kölnstr. hat man die Möglichkeit im Waschsalon günstig zu waschen.
Fußläufig kann man innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten im Rewe, Aldi oder Penny (Frankenbad) einkaufen.
Nette Bars wir das Pawlow, Flynn's oder Chimära sind auch um die Ecke.

Hello,
I will travel during the easter vacation, which is why I would like to rent my fully furnished flat to someone caring and nice.
You will have one bedroom which is located next to the inner yard. The kitchen is also very cute and from the window you can see the cherry blossom trees flourishing.
You have your own bathroom but unfortunately no washing machine. There is a nice laundromat/laundrette located just around the corner at Kölnstr. !
Close to the flat you have several markets to buy food, like Rewe, Aldi, Penny etc.
Next to that you are very close to the nicest bars of Bonn, e.g. Pawlow, Flynn's, Chimära etc.
Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadt gelegen und zu dieser Zeit blühen die Kirschbäume,

The flat is located in the middle of the beautiful old city. Exactly in these two weeks it is the season of the cherry blossom trees in the old city!! You will have flourishing cherry blossom trees everywhere - also in front of your window kitchen, as you can see from the pictures. Die Kaution beträgt 100 Euro, aber ich denke dass in den 2 Wochen nicht viel schief gehen kann.
Wohnungsübergabe kann man auch schon am Sonntag 23.4. machen, oder Montag 24.4. Vormittag.
