Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine kleine, aber feine Einzimmerwohnung in der Altstadt zum 1.11.2017 (evtl auch zum 15.11.). Die Wohnung ist ideal für Leute, die bezahlbar & ruhig in der Altstadt wohnen wollen.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist kaum zu toppen: mitten in der Altstadt, eine Minute vom Flynn's Inn, Rewe, Aldi und Bioladen um die Ecke, fünf Minuten zum U-Station Stadthaus, fünfzehn zu Fuß zum Bahnhof; gleichzeitig zum Hinterhof raus und deswegen sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert inklusive Pantry-Küche und hat Extra-Stauraum unter einer abgesenkten Decke.
Die Warmmiete ist 320 Euro (für alles außer Strom).
Die Vermieter hätten am liebsten jemanden, der/die langfristig einzieht.
WICHTIG: Die Wohnung wird frühestens zum 28.10. frei, Richtung Mitte Oktober besteht bei mir kaum Flexibilität, was das Auszugsdatum angeht.
Besichtigungen können stattfinden ab dem 11.10. (Mittwoch) abends, hauptsächlich werde ich das aber wahrscheinlich am Wochenende vom 14. und 15.10. machen.
Da ich recht viele Anfragen bekomme: bitte schreibt ganz kurz was zu euch - was ihr arbeitet/studiert u.ä. und wann euch Ihr Zeit für eine Besichtigung hättet.

I'm looking for someone to take over the lease for my apartment in the Bonn Altstadt starting Nov 1st (or possibly also Nov 15th). It's ideal for anyone who's looking for a centrally located but affordable place.
The location is hard to beat: in the Altstadt, five minutes from the Stadthaus subway stop, 15 walking minutes from the main station, with nice bars and restaurants nearby, ditto supermarkets. At the same time, the apartment faces the backyard, so it's super quiet.
The rent is 320 euros (including everything except electricity).
The place is furnished. This includes a kitchenette.

IMPORTANT: I'm moving out Oct 28th at the earliest. I will do showings of the apartment starting Wed Oct 11th and primarily on the weekend after that (Oct 14-15th).
Because I'm getting a lot of requests, please put a little bit of info on you in your email - primarily what you do (work as/study...) and when you would be available to look at the apartment (starting Oct 11).
