ich suche einen Nachmieter (gern auch Studenten) für meine kleine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Bonner Nordstadt (Nähe Viktoriabrücke) – der Einzug wäre auch kurzfristig (Anfang / Mitte Januar) möglich.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut geschnitten. Bad und Küche sind klein, aber funktional, der Flur bietet Stauraum. Dadurch bleibt im Wohn-/Schlafraum genug Platz für ein großes Bett und Sofa.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und ist innenliegend.
Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Keller, der zusätzlichen Stauraum bietet.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top – innerhalb von 10 Minuten (900 m) ist man am HBF oder in der Altstadt, die Haltestelle Bonn West ist in 5 Minuten (450 m) zu erreichen.
Anwohnerparken ist möglich (Kostenpunkt: 30 Euro p.a.) und bis auf wenige Ausnahmen zu Stoßzeiten findet man auch gut einen Parkplatz
Die angegebenen Heiz- und Nebenkosten entsprechen der Nebenkostenabrechnung für 2016 (Heizkosten sind die 45 Euro "Sonstiges").
Nicht enthalten sind die Kosten für Strom und Warmwasser, hier zahle ich aktuell rund 35 Euro.
Bei Interesse kann das aktuelle Mobiliar übernommen werden – gerne auch einzelne Bestandteile.
Natürlich kann die Wohnung auch vorab besichtigt werden – vorzugsweise abends / am Wochenende.
