The apartment comes with its own bathroom and is fully furnished, including kitchen appliances and desk lamp. The rent also includes WiFi internet (exclusive usage, not shared with the whole house).

Durch die zentrale Lage ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am Hauptbahnhof oder in der Altstadt. Busse und Bahnen fahren in unmittelbarer Nähe ab. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Verteilerkreis Nord.
Da das Haus an einer Sackgasse liegt gibt es wenig direkten Lärm.
Neben der Möblierung gibt es auch WiFi internet dass nur von dieser Wohnung genutzt wird.
