Since I will move abroad to continue my studies, I have to leave my beloved flat and therefore am helping the landlady to find someone to replace me. The flat is 25m² and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate kitchen, everything quite new since it was fully renovated 2 years ago. It is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the shared garden of the building, where you can sit and enjoy the morning sun. The place is fully equipped, part of the furniture belongs to the flat and the rest needs to be bought from me for 500€ (includes furniture and all appliances). There is a storage area in the basement, as well as a washing machine and a dryer of shared use. There is also a locked garage where you can leave your bike. The flat is ideal for students, the majority of the neighbors are students as well so it is a pretty relaxed environment :)
The flat is centrally located and well connected. It is 2 minutes away from Wilhelmsplatz and Rosental tram stops, 8 minutes away from Bertha-von-Suttner Platz and Stadthaus subway stations, and there are a lot of bus stops nearby. There is a huge offer of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, and within 5 minutes or less you can reach different supermarkets like Netto (just around the corner), Aldi, Rewe and Denn's.
