Cozy and green 1 bedroom apartment in the center of Bonn

We are renting out our cozy apartment for the time we will be traveling. It has an excellent location and is perfect for a couple or single person either as an interim arrangement while you settle in Bonn or as a home away from home if you are coming to the city for a short period of time. Ideally, the apartment is best to accommodate up to 2 people, but the sofa in the living room can be used for sleeping for overnight guests.

We love plants so you will also find plenty of green plants in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom which provide the experience of a mini-garden inside the house. Most of the decor is handmade by us and you will find everything you would need to have a real home feel.

The apartment has an old building flare with typical high ceilings (altbau). The bedroom has a double bed with plenty of natural lighting; a large living room with 2 big windows and a separate kitchen connected to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you would need to cook elaborated meals - e.g. an extensive selection of spices and cooking aids in addition to pots, pants, hand mixers, smoothie maker, espresso machine et,. In the apartment you w,ill also find a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, iron, 2 iron board, and a drying rack for the easy-care clothes you cannot put in the washing machine/dryer.

The apartment has a small bathroom; a small hallway; a pantry which we use to store shoes and cleaning tools such as a vacuum cleaner and steamer to facilitate the cleaning for the time you will be there. In the basement, there is space to store your bike in case you will have one with you.
