I do not have many requirements other than I would like for the apartment to be furnished since I am moving to Germany from abroad and I would like for the apartment to have good windows/natural lighting. I am not interested in a flat in which there is a shared bathroom. And the closer the flat is to either the city center or the University of Bonn, the better. I would like to be able to walk or bike everywhere.
