I am looking for an apartment with an area about 30 square meters,it will be better if the apartment has own kitchen and washing room.i want to find a long-term rent untill i finish my PHD degree,which will take at 4 years.i don't smoke and have no pet.cleaning the house will be done every week.in addition,i go to the uni-clinic on the weekdays and come back at almost 5pm every day.i don't like much noise.
i come from China and have got married,my wife is a master student in education.if you have an apartment meeting above conditions,please send me email as soon as possible.i want to rent the apartment and sign the contract as soon as possible.i believe it is a good choice for you to rent me your apartment.and i can pay the rent fee monthly ,any other way for the paying rent fee is also fine to me.Thank you very much.
