Friendly Russian IT specialist looking for 1 bedroom apartment for under 700€

Dear Landlords,

I would like to move to Germany this fall in order to find a job and am looking for a 1-room apartment to rent for up to 6 months at a cost of up to 700 euros per month.

A little information about me:
My name is Oleg, I am 25 years old, I am an experienced IT specialist (QA engineer). Friendly, neat and quiet person. I do not smoke. I love sports, in particular basketball and I like listening to music.
I was in Germany every fall from 2016 to 2019, taking part in a research project at the University of Emden, so I am familiar with many everyday things

Unfortunately, at the moment I can only speak English and I am learning German and can not fully communicate in it, but I believe that I can learn it quickly.
