Multinational couple expecting their first child

We are a quiet couple.
My wife has moved recently to Germany, and we are expecting a Child very soon ( end of May).

Hence we are urgently looking for an apartment to accommodate us.
We are looking for a long term rental agreement.
I my self have an Bachelor in Architecture and Design, and currently working in Operations and Logistics full time.

My wife is Visual Manager but not working at the moment. She is a stay at home mom.

I am more than okay to provide proof of income, and anything else required.

We are currently living in Bonn Zentrum, near the Rhine.

We do not have pets and not looking forward to get any, although we are animal friendly.

We enjoy long walks in the wild, nature, and meeting new people, yet we enjoy our privacy alot.

Financially we are stable, and as our current landlord can affirm, we have had no past problems with payments .

We love to cook, and are looking forward for friendly neighbours.

Wir sind ein ruhiges Paar. Meine Frau ist vor kurzem nach Deutschland gezogen, und wir erwarten sehr bald ein Kind (Ende Mai). Daher suchen wir dringend eine Wohnung für uns. Wir suchen einen langfristigen Mietvertrag. Ich selbst habe einen Bachelor in Architektur und Design und arbeite derzeit Vollzeit in den Bereichen Operations und Logistik. Meine Frau ist Visual Manager, arbeitet aber im Moment nicht. Sie ist eine Mutter, die zu Hause bleibt. Ich bin mehr als in Ordnung, Einkommensnachweise und alles andere, was erforderlich ist, vorzulegen. Wir wohnen derzeit in Bonn Zentrum, in der Nähe des Rheins. Wir haben keine Haustiere und freuen uns auch nicht auf welche, obwohl wir tierfreundlich sind. Wir genießen lange Spaziergänge in der Wildnis, die Natur und das Kennenlernen neuer Leute, aber wir genießen unsere Privatsphäre sehr. Finanziell sind wir stabil und wie unser jetziger Vermieter bestätigen kann, hatten wir in der Vergangenheit keine Zahlungsprobleme. Wir kochen gerne und freuen uns über nette Nachbarn.
