Studio mit Charme und viel Licht. Kochecke mit zwei Herdplatten, keine Spülmaschine vorhanden! Ein großes Bad mit Badewanne! Die Wohnung ist in einem wunderschönen Altbau mit Holzboden und hohen Decken. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist minimalistisch, aber für alles Essentielle ist gesorgt. Das Bett ist 80cm breit, aber kann ausgezogen werden auf 1,60m!

2 Minuten vom Bonner Hauptbahnhof. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Parallelstraße von der Poppelsdorfer Allee! Die Straße ist wunderschön, nur die Straßenbahn fährt vor dem Haus, was man auch leicht hört! Bis zum Rhein sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß und in die Innenstadt 2 Minuten. Supermarkt und süße Cafes sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Vor der Untervermietung gerne erstmal anschauen kommen und persönlichen Kennenlernen, da sich in der Wohnung auch persönliche Sachen befinden möchte ich die Untermieter vorher persönlich kennenlernen. Eventuell auch möglich das Studio für längere Zeit zu mieten 3 Monate - 1 Jahr. Alles verhandelbar , freue mich über persönliche Nachrichten :)
