Es handelt sich um eine kleine Ein Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon und Kochnische. Die Wohnung ist durch die große Fensterfläche relativ hell und freundlich. Vor dem Haus stehen große Kastanien, deshalb hat man trotz zentraler Lage einen Blick ins Grüne!
Badezimmer und Küche sind eher klein, aber praktisch und in gutem Zustand.
Im Wohnbereich ist Laminat verlegt und die Wände sind mit Raufasertapete tapeziert.
Eine Wand ist Tapetenlos im "Industrialstyle" und sollte so auch übernommen werden. Mir hat es jedenfalls so gut gefallen :)

Die Wohnung liegt quasi fast am TU Gelände. Es ist ein kleiner Sportplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe, es gibt viele Restaurants und auch Einkaufmöglichkeiten, welche fußläufig in 5-10min erreichbar sind. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut, ich habe immer einen Platz gefunden!

Mit einer Abschlagszahlung von 450€ sollten das Sofa, die Kommoden im Wohnraum und Eingangsbereich, der Schrank im Bad und die Vorhänge vor dem Fenster und zum Abtrennen der Küche übernommen werden.

Außerdem sollte ein Internetvertrag übernommen werden, dieser läuft noch ein halbes Jahr und kostet 44€ montl.
