Hallo,
da ich zum 01.09.2013 ausziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine 1.Zi-Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat eine neue Kochnische mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Spüle und 2 Schränken. Das Bad wird komplett renoviert. Der Boden im Flur und Wohn-/Schlafzimmer wird neue gemacht. Die Wohnung wird dann zum 01.10 Einzugsbereit.
die Wohnung bietet eine Alternative zum Studentenwohnheim und ist deswegen für Studenten geeignet.
In den Nebenkosten sind Wasser- und Heizkosten enthalten. Diese werden vorab bezahlt und je nach Verbraucht nachgerechnet. Dazu kommt noch Strom.
Besichtigung am 16.08.2013 von 17.00 bis 18.00 oder am 19.08.13 von 17.30 bis 18.00 auch ohne Anmeldung möglich. Weitere Termin können telefonisch abgeklärt werden.
Die HBK ist 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Uni ist 10 min mit dem Farad zu erreichen. M19, M29 sowie Penny, EDEKA, REWE und Netto sind ganz in der Nähe
