Da ich während des Sommerferien nach meinem Heimat zurückfahre, biete ich hier mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete vom 20.08.16-15.10.16 an.
Die Ausstattung besteht aus einem Bett, 3 Regalen, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Zu dem Zimmer gehört noch ein eigenes kleines Bad mit Waschbecken, Dusche und Toilette.
Die Küche wird von 6 weiteren Leuten genutzt, jedoch auch täglich von einem Reinigungsteam gesäubert,
Im Keller findet ihr je 2 Waschmaschienen und Trockner, so wie einen Trockenraum.
Ström und Internet sind inklusive.
Die Bushaltestelle kann man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
Bus 416: Direkt zur Stadt (circa 15 Minuten)
Bus 436: Direkt zum Hauptbahnhof (circa 18 Minuten)
Bus 426: Direkt zur Uni (circa 10 Minuten)
ALDI, Edeka und Penny kann man in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.

1/9/16-30/9/16: Miete 250 € (Gesamt Miete)
