I am searching for a person sharing the flat for 6 months from April to September. You will be staying here alone until I find another person to share apartment with because another room is empty.
Total warm rent for yourself one room is approximately 370 EUR including utilities but it depends on how you use as well. This cost does not include the internet. The internet is about 25 EUR per month with O2 short term contract which can be canceled one month in advance.
If there are two persons, the warm rent is 595 EUR. We can discuss in detail.
The apartment is located in very good area in Amalienplatz, 7 mins to the university and 10 mins to the city.
The apartment has 1 big bedroom, 1 small room and 1 small living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom.
In your room, it has bed and mattress. So you just need your own pillow and blanket, I also have extra one if you would like to use as well.
The kitchen has oven, stove where you can cook. Also the dishes and other equipments for cooking.
The apartment is located in Amalienplatz near the Weissenroß and only 10 mins to university and the city center. The apartment is close to REWE, KIK, DM, Lidl, Bauhaus, Aldi and Tedox ... very good for daily shopping.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Amalienplatz, Nähe weissenros und ist somit in knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Uni aus zu erreichen.
Die Bushaltestelle am Station Amalienplatz ist ca. 4 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung (REWE, KIK, DM, Lidl, Bauhaus, Aldi, Tedox).
