Die Wohnung verfügt über einen große Wohn- und Schlafzimmer Kombination. Es ist eine Einbauküche und ein Bad vorhanden. Bad und Küche fallen etwas kleiner aus, dafür ist aber sehr viel Wohnfläche vorhanden.
Es gehört ein Kellerabteil dazu, welches auch als Abstellkammer (abschließbar) benutzt werden kann.
Am besten kommt ihr einfach mal vorbei, so bekommt ihr ein richtigen Eindruck und wir können Details abklären.
Ich werde in den kommenden Tagen auch noch mal ein paar Bilder hochladen.
Die Lage ist für Studenten ideal, einmal über die Straße und schon ist man an der Uni (Hauptcampus). Also man hat es auch zu Mensa 1 nicht weit.
Die nächste Haltestelle ist die Halstestelle "Pockelstraße" und ist in weniger als einer Minute zu erreichen. Mit dem Ringbus ist man dann auch schnell an wichtigen Verbindungspunkten, wie zum Beispiel am Hauptbahnhof.
Zum Einkaufen sind ein Netto und Aldi innerhalb von 5 bis 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
