Hallo Leute,
leider muss ich aus meiner schönen Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung ausziehen, da ich für ein Praktikum nach Berlin gehe. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. Stock und ist sehr hell und geräumig. Es gibt eine extra Küche mit Bad sowie eine separate Toilette. Neben an wohnen vier weitere Studenten (20-24), die gerne mal für ein Bierchen zu haben sind. Ansonsten befinden sich noch ein Zahnarzt und eine Eventagentur in dem Haus.
Vor der Tür befindet sich direkt die Haltestelle Kastanienallee, von der du zur TU, zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad ca 10 Minuten brauchst. Edeka, Aldi und Penny sind zu Fuß ca 2 Minuten entfernt und es gibt eine Vielfalt an Cafés, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Außerdem bist du innerhalb von 8 Minuten im schönen Prinzenpark.
Strom und Internet sind im Preis noch nicht inbegriffen (bei mir waren es ca. 25 EUR pro Monat)
