Zimmer im Michaelishof, Güldenstrasse 8, Braunschweig

Da ich mehr als einen Monat auf Reisen sein werde, biete ich mein kleines Zimmer in der Studentenwohnheim Michaelishof an. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat ein eigenes Bad und Dusche, aber du wirst die Küche mit anderen teilen. Ich bin nicht über das Geld besorgt, weil der Raum sowieso frei ist und niemand ihn benutzt. Ich bin mir der Schwierigkeit der Wohnungssuche in Braunschweig bewusst und bevorzuge die Person, die wirklich eine Unterkunft braucht. Ich bin bereit, mein Zimmer für eine Flasche guten Whisky oder ein beliebiges Geschenk anzubieten, das du mir machen möchtest. Wie ich bereits erwähnt habe, bin ich nicht besorgt über die Miete, es sei denn, sie ist nützlich für jemanden, der die Unterkunft dringend benötigt, damit Sie etwas Zeit haben, Ihre eigene langfristige Unterkunft zu finden :)

Since I will be travelling for more than a month, I offer my small room in the student residence Michaelishof. The room is furnished and has its own bathroom and shower, but you will be sharing the kitchen with others. I am not concerned about the money, because the room is free anyway and nobody uses it. I am aware of the difficulty in finding accommodation in Braunschweig and prefer the person who badly needs accommodation. I am willing to offer my room for a bottle of good whisky or any gift you would like to present me. As I mentioned earlier, I am not concerned about the rent unless it is useful for someone who needs the accommodation urgently so that you will have some time to find your own long term accommodation :)
