Hallo Leute,
ich ziehe bald zu Freunden in die WG und deshalb suche ich für diese schöne 1-Zimmerwohnung einen Nachmieter!
Die Wohnung ist in einem tadellosen Zustand, besitzt schönen dunklen Laminat, ein eigenes Bad und eine Küchenzeile (Fotos folgen)
Durch die mehren großen Fenster ist es schön hell, aber im Sommer trotzdem nicht zu heiß.
Fahrradkeller und eigenes Kellerabteil ist vorhanden.
Die Lage ist super zentral:
-5min Gehweg bis zur Uni, Audi-Max und Bib
-5min Gehweg bis zur Bus&Tram-Haltestelle Gliesmaroder Straße
-5min Gehweg bis zum Supermarkt Netto
Außerdem liegt das Haus in einer Seitenstraße und vom Verkehr bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit
Die Vermieter sind super entspannt und bevorzugen Studenten. Einziehen könntet ihr schon Anfang nächsten Monats, wenn alles passt.
