Hallöchen,

hier biete ich eine kleine und feine Altbauwohnung ab 1. November 2022 zur Miete an.
Gerade bin ich in einer Umbruchphase und suche wieder nach einer WG, nachdem ich ein ganzes Jahr in dieser Wohnung gelebt habe.

Die Wohnung hat um die 20 Quadratmeter und ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette. Der kleine Flur lässt sich optimal als Umkleideraum nutzen.
Geheizt wird die Wohnung durch elektrische Nachtspeicheröfen.
Gerade kann ich, genauso wie jeder andere, wegen den steigenden Stromkosten nicht einschätzen, wie viel mehr die Miete dann kosten wird. Ungefähr 100€ im Monat solltest du dafür einplanen.
Dazu kommt noch ca. 20€ für das Internet.
Die Waschmaschine wäre auch zu vergeben.

Die hohen Wände bieten an eine Hochbett hinein zu stellen.
Wenn du also Lust hast einen kleinen Raum kreativ einzurichten, kannst du dich sicher in dieser Wohnung gut austoben.

Morgens scheint die Sonne ins Zimmer und du hast einen wunderschönen grünen Blick in den Garten. Im Frühling und im Sommer hörst du die Vögel zwitschern. Das ganze Jahr über siehst du die Jahreszeiten an deiner Wohnung vorüberziehen. Wenn du das Fenster weit aufmachst, kannst du dich auch auf das Fensterbrett setzen und vormittags in der Sonne einen Kaffee trinken oder abends an einem heißen Sommertag eine Limo zischen.

here you can see my little and cute flat. The last year I've been living in it and now the time has come for me to join a shared flat again.
So here is your chance for you to move into a nice space by the 1th of November 2022.
The flat is about 20 m^2 and has one big room in which you can sleep and dream and cook and work.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a comfortable shower. The hallway provides storage for all your clothes. And the high ceilings offer to sleep in a bunk bed. So it can be a very cosy place to stay.
The flat has installed two electric night storage heaters. Due to the high electricity prices I cannot say how much higher the rent will be, but normally you must plan to pa around 100€ per month for electricity.
And 20€ for the internet.
You also can have my washing maschine for little money.

In the mornings you will be woken by the sun and you can sit on the windowsill to enjoy a coffee and read a book. You also have a beautiful sight into the green garden and you see the seasons roll past. Also the birds are singing beautifully around spring and summer. So you will love to keep the window open.
