Hallo ihr,
ich bin 4 Wochen nicht zuhause und würde in der Zeit gern meine schöne Einraumwohnung mit Balkon untervermieten. Die Küche ist separat, das Bad hat eine Wanne und ein Fenster. Die Wohnung ist ganz oben im 4. Stock, sehr hell und hat einen super Ausblick direkt auf die Andreaskirche am Wollmarkt. Es ist ruhig, weil sie in einem Wohngebiet liegt. Rauchen könnt ihr auf dem Balkon.
Zentraler geht es kaum - Supermarkt (bis 22 Uhr geöffnet), Fußgängerzone, Ärzte etc. sind gleich um die Ecke und zur Tram braucht man keine 5 Minuten. Unten im Haus ist eine Pizzeria, falls ihr es mal nicht zum Einkaufen schafft. Zur Uni könnt ihr laufen, zum Bahnhof fährt direkt eine Tram.
Meldet euch gern, falls ihr Fragen habt - am besten per Mail, Whatsapp oder Telefon. Ich bin tagsüber allerdings in der Arbeit und kann euch deshalb erst abends antworten.
