vom 01.März bis zum 29.März wird mein Zimmer frei sein und deswegen suche ich einen Mieter.
Das liegt in Wohnheim Wilhelmsgarten (Innenstadt, zwischen Rathaus und Hagenmark Haltestellen) und es ist ein gemütliches und schönes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und eigener Küche. Die Wohnfläche ist ca. 17 m^2 und es ist möbliert

Only for March my room will be available (from 01.03. to 29.03.) and I'm looking for a subtenant.
The apartment is in Wilhelmsgarten Wohnheim and that's between Rathaus and Hagenmark stops, so the location is perfect. You have all buses and trams and if you want to go by foot, the university is 10~15 min walking. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and all the thing that you'll need to live a month.

In der entweder Rathaus oder Hagenmarkt Haltestelle findest du fast alles die Busse und Trams Linien. Es ist nur 10~15 min von der Uni zu Fuß weit entfernt.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi (bis 20:00), Rewe (bis 21:00), Penny (bis 22:00), Schloss (ungefähr bis 21:00), und so weiter).
Am lezten Tag (29.03.) musst du das Zimmer ungefähr 12:00 Uhr verlassen, aber wir können sprechen und kannst ein bisschen später das Check-out machen.
Du kannst auch, am 27. oder 28. Februar dein Gepäck hier lassen, aber du kannst erst ab 01.0.3 hier wohnen.
Die 75€ in Nebenkosten sind für die Dingen, die in der Wohnung sind. Deswegen kannst du sie nehmen.
