Die gut belichtete Wohnung liegt am Rande des Magniviertels in der Nähe der Ägidienkirche im 2. OG eines sanierten Altbaus. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 32qm groß. Das eigentliche Zimmer hat eine Fläche von ca 21qm, Badezimmer, Küche und Diele haben in etwa 3qm. Im Keller gibt es ein kleines Kellerabteil und eine Waschmaschine, die man sich mit anderen Bewohnern teilt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral in der Innenstadt, das Schloss und die Einkaufspassage sind jeweils 4 Gehminuten enfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist etwa in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und bis zur TU brauch man ca 8-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Bei Bedarf können ein Paar Möbel übernommen werden.
