Hallo zusammen,
ich suche kurzfristig zum 01.04.2019 (oder früher) eine/n Nachmieter/in, vorzugsweise eine Studentin, für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Braunschweig. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und zentral gelegen. Eine seperate Küche mit Gefrierkombi etc. ist vorhanden. Es gibt ein kleines Bad mit WC und Dusche. Ein Kellerabteil ist ebenso vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Gardinen, Rollos und Küchenmöbel (teilweise neuwertig) sollen für 500€ übernommen werden.
Die Lage ist optimal. Zu Fuß kann man Uni, Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5-10 min erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt vor Ort nicht gegeben, jedoch ist die Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr sehr gut.
