Ich stelle vor; eine schöne anderthalb Zimmer Wohnung die ganz zentral am Hauptbahnhof gelegen ist. In das halbe Zimmer passt hervorragend ein Bett rein, mit einem Paravan abgetrennt hat man beinahe ein seperates Schlafzimmer. Die Küche würde optimalerweise drin bleiben. Bestehend aus einem großen Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und einem E-Kochfeld würde ich gern 480€ für kassieren. Schränke sind selbstverständlich auch dabei.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr modern ausgestattet, Platz für eine Waschmaschine +Anschluß ist vorhanden.
Ein großer Balkon rundet die gemütliche Wohnung ab. Und der ca. 3qm große Keller ist auch schön..
Die Kurt-Schumacher Straße führt direkt zum Hauptbahnhof, ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ebenso nah ist der BraWo Park, Aldi die Post und ein super Fahrradladen. Die Kegelbahn Kneipe ist vor der Tür, was nicht heißt dass ständig Lärm ist.. Aber wenn es so wäre, sind die Fenster sehr gut isoliert.
Die Autobahn ist schnell erreichbar und auch in die Innenstadt sind es ca 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Da ich nicht mehr in BS wohne, finden Besichtigungen ausschließlich am Wochenende statt.
