Ab Ende Juli arbeite ich als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der TU und suche zum 1.8. eine ruhige 1-Zimmerwohnung.Die Wohnung sollte ca 30qm groß und möbliert sein. Optimal wäre eine Wohnlage zwischen TU und Bahnhof mit guter Anbindung an Bus und Tram. Preislich sollte sie bei 300 € incl. NK. liegen. Ich bin Nichtraucherin und gehe achtsam mit vorhandenen Möbeln um.
