Hallo zusammen,
ich suche zum 1.10. einen Nachmieter (unbefristet) für die schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung wurde zu meinem damaligen Einzug (2010) komplett neu renoviert.
Die Lage ist gerade für Studenten absolute spitze. Die alte Neustadt ist ein lebendiges Viertel mit vielen gemütlichen Bars und Cafés. Desweiteren sind es zur Hochschule (Fak1 & Fak3) jeweils nur 5 Gehminuten und zum Marktplatz etwa 10 Gehminuten - viel zentraler geht also nicht.
