Da ich im Juli für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe, biete ich meine wunderschöne 1-Zimmer-Wohung direkt im Bremer Zentrum zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem hellen Wohnzimmer, einer kleinen, separaten (!) Küche, sowie dem Badezimmer. Alle Räume sind mit Fenstern ausgestattet. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist, und in einer Seitenstraße liegt, ist es trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Sie liegt im 1. OG:
Die Wohnung soll möbliert vermietet werden gegen eine Kaution von 200 Euro VHB. Im Wohnzimmer stehen ein Schrank, Regal, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Schlafsofa(140 breit), Beistelltisch und Schreibtischstuhl, Esstisch und 2 Stühle, TV-Tisch. Im Flur befindet sich noch ein Schuhschrank sowie eine Garderobe mit Spiegel und ein Vorratsschrank. Im Badezimme steht ebenfalls ein Regal, sowie ein Unterschränkchen und ein Wandschrank, sodass sich alles Wichtige hier verstauen lässt. Die Küche ist mit einer Mikrowelle, einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einem Herd. Ein Hängeschrank sowie Schränke unter der Küchenzeile bieten ebenfalls Stauraum.

Since I will go abroad for half a year in July, my beautiful apartment in the centre of Bremen will be available for intermediate rent. The apartment has a big living room, a seperate kitchen and a bathroom. All rooms have windows. As the apartment is facing the inner courtyard, it is very quiet.
The apartment will stay fully furnished, so I will require a deposit of 200 €. In the living room, there is a wardrobe, a shelf, a chest of drawers, a desk with a desk chair, a sofa bed (140 cm wide), a dining table with two chairs and a TV desk. In the corridor, there is a shoe cabinet, a coat rack and a mirror. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a fridge with a freezer and a stove.
Die Wohnung liegt, wie schon erwähnt, direkt am Brill im Herzen Bremens. Fast alle Bus- und Straßenbahnlinien Bremens sind in 3 bis 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Auch in die Fußgängerzone oder an die Schlachte dauert es zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten. Direkt nebenan liegen die Wallanlagen, die bei schönem Wetter zum Verweilen einladen. Zum Bahnhof sind es mit dem Bus auch keine 5 Minuten. Durch die Fußgängerzone sind sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in the very centre of Bremen, directly next to "Am Brill". Nearly every Bus- or Tramway line can be reached by foot within 3 to 5 minutes, just as the shopping street and the "Schlachte". The park "Wallanlagen" is also close to the apartment, where you can spend some sunny afternoons in summer. You can get to the central station in 5 minutes by bus.
Die Wohnung wird mindestens bis Ende des Jahres angeboten (nach Absprache auch länger). Da ich meine Möbel in der Wohnung lasse, würde ich zu meiner Sicherheit eine Kaution von 200 Euro VHB einbehalten, die es selbstverständlich wieder gibt, wenn ich wieder einziehe. Die Miete beträgt 290 Euro ( 240 Kalt + 50 NK). Dazu kommen noch 32 Euro für Strom und 20 Euro für Telefon / Internet.

The apartment can be leased at least until the end of the year (or even longer if you wish to). Since I will keep my furniture in the apartment, I will require a deposit of 200 €, which you will get back after my return. The monthly rent is 290 €. On top, you have to pay 32 € for electricity and 20 € for phone / internet.
