Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung.
In allen Räumen, ausgenommen dem Badezimmer, wurde vor meinem Umzug neuer PVC gelegt. Das Badezimmer hat Fliesen.
Eine neue Küche ( siehe Foto) wurde ebenfalls eingebaut.
Ein Kühlschrank war in der Küche nicht enthalten, kann aber gegen eine Ablöse von 100 Euro ( + Duschstange und Duschvorhang ) in der Wohnung bleiben.
Meldet euch wenn Ihr Interesse habt. Es lohnt sich!

Sie liegt sehr Zentral ( ca. 3 Min. zum Bahnhof und ca. 5 Min. in die Innenstadt, Uni mit der Straßenbahn 6 ca. 15 Min ).- Also super Lage :)!
Zur Wohnung gehört ein großer Balkon und ein kleiner Keller.
