Wohn/Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnküche(ausreichend Platz zum Sitzen) 1 Flur, 1 Balkon/Innenhofseite, 1 Keller, 1 Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Das Wohn/Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Schlafsofa, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, kleiner Fernseher, Couchtisch. Das Bad hat neben der Badewanne und der Dusche zwei Badezimmerschränke zum Verstauen. In der Wohnküche befindet sich ein Herd, ein Kühlschrank, Küchenschränke mit Geschirr, ein Vorratskämmerchen, ein Küchentisch, eine Küchensitzbank über Eck. Da es sich um meine Möbel handelt, möchte ich drei Kaltmieten als Kaution bekommen.
Würde mich sehr über Interessenten freuen
Die Wohnung ist fünf Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Direkt vor der Haustür liegt die Haltestelle Herdentor. Fünf Minuten Fußweg zur Einkaufsstrasse Obernstrasse.
