Ich biete meine 1- Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete von Juli-August. Die Daten sind dabei aber recht flexibel. Wenn ihr die Wohnung also nicht so lange benötigt können wir da gerne drüber sprechen.
Die Wohnung ist natürlich komplett möbliert. Die Küche ist durch eine Nische etwas separiert. Das Bad ist etwas retro aber es funktionier alles einwandfrei und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Man geht 4 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof Bremen und kommt von dort aus überall hin. Obwohl es so zentral ist, ist die Wohnung aber sehr ruhig gelegen weil sie zum Innenhof gerichtet ist. Dort kann man das satte grün der Bäume genießen :)
Ins Viertel sind es mit dem Fahrrad auch nur 5 Minuten und ein Edeka zum einkaufen befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Wohnung.
Für die Wohnung würde ich pro Monat ca.400€ nehmen. Darin enthalten ist die Warmmiete sowie Internet und Strom. Außerdem nehme ich insgesamt 50€ Kaution damit ich etwas Sicherheit wegen meiner Möbel habe.
