Da ich in eine WG ziehe wird meine 1,5 Zimmer-Wohnung am Hauptbahnhof frei. HBF und sämtliche Bahnlinien sind in 100m schnell erreichbar.
Zur Wohnung: 47qm, überall Laminat, im Vollbad (Badewanne und Platz für Waschmaschine) Fliesen. Zur Wohnung gehören ein Abstellraum mit eingebautem Regal und eine Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Dunstabzugshaube und Einbauschränken. Es gibt auch nen kleinen Balkon nach vorn raus, is aber so klein das er höchstens zum Getränke kalt stellen gebraucht werden kann.
Es gibt ein großes grade geschnittenes Wohnzimmer und eine Schlafnische wo Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Kommode reinpassen.
Internetanschluss hatte ich DSL 6000 ist also ne gute Leitung hier. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Fahrstühle und ist sehr sauber.
Warmmiete beträgt alles inkl. 378€ (kalt 255), lediglich Strom kommt dazu (klar da hat jeder nen eigenen Verbrauch).
Muss bis zum 1.4. vermietet werden, wer interesse hat sollte sich also schnell melden, allerdings ist die Wohnung wahrscheinlich schon in 2 Wochen frei da ich dann in die WG zieh und kann ab dann für ca 2 Wochen noch mietfrei bewohnt werden, müsste man lediglich absprechen.
