Zentrale Lage in der Bgm.-Smidt-Str. mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV mit Direktverbindungen zu Hochschule und Hauptbahnhof, die auch fußläufig erreichbar sind.
Innenstadt, Schlachte, Wallanlagen etc. sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.
Ein Parkplatz ist leider nicht dabei.
Manchmal werden aber Parkmöglichkeiten im Haus frei.
Ein großes Parkhaus ist schräg gegenüber des Hauses.
