helle 1-Zimmer Wohnung in toller Hausgemeinschaft

Die schnuckelige Wohnung ist sehr hell, denn sie liegt nach Süd-Osten hin, daher scheint die Sonne direkt in das Hauptzimmer. Sie hat einen kleinen Flur inkl. Garderobe, eine kleine Kochnische inkl. Dusche, einen Haupt-Wohn-und-Schlafbereich und eine Toilette mit Waschbecken, die vom Hausflur aus abgeht. Die Toilette wird nicht geteilt, der Hausflur wird mit den Nachbar*innen geteilt, wo du auch die Schuhe im gemeinsamen Schuhregal lagern kannst. Die Wohnung würde ich für eine Zwischenmiete möbliert übergeben.

Nun zu der Hausgemeinschaft: Meine Nachbar*innen sind ein junges Paar mit dreijährigem Kind und sehr herzlich. Wir essen öfters zusammen oder sitzen mal bei ihnen oder mir zum Tee und quatschen. Sie sind sehr locker und haben Lust auf Gemeinschaft. Durch die Konstellation der Wohnungen ist es dennoch gegeben, dass jede Partei ihre Privatsphäre hat.
Im Geschoss darunter liegt noch eine WG voller Künstler*innen, die fröhlich ihr Leben beschreiten. Dort wohnt auch die Hälfte der Woche ein 4 Jähriges Kind. Sie haben auch Lust auf Gemeinschaft im Sinne von es kann, muss aber auch nicht.

The cute flat is very bright because it faces south-east, so the sun shines directly into the main room. It has a small hallway with a wardrobe, a small kitchenette with a shower, a main living and sleeping area and a toilet with a sink that leads off the hallway. The toilet is not shared, the hallway is shared with the neighbours, where you can also store your shoes in the shared shoe rack. I would hand over the flat furnished for an interim tenancy.

Now about the house community: My neighbours are a young couple with a three-year-old child and very friendly. We often eat together or sit with them or me for tea and chat. They are very easy-going and enjoy being together. The constellation of the flats means that each party has their own privacy.
On the floor below there is another flat-sharing community full of artists who happily go about their lives. A 4-year-old child also lives there half the week. They also have a desire for community in the sense that it can be, but doesn't have to be.
