Nice apartment room in front of the University of Bremen. Yo´ll share the kitchen and bathroom with one person more. The room has 17m2 and with the kithchen and bathroom it sums 50m2. You´ll have an excellent view to the lake and a balcony. It has a functional desk to work/study and a bed for up to 2 people. Yo also have wardrobe (closet) and room heating.
If you want you can keep the keeboard (little piano) for 25 euro.
Also you can have High-speed internet for 10 euro per month. (Normal internet is included in the rent).
it is in the Universität Zentral station, tram no 6. This tram works to go shopping and it goes direct to the Hauptbahnoff (trainstation) and also to the Bremen Airport. It can also take you to the Hohschule Bremen.
YOu can go swimming near in the University, go jogging to the Bürgerpark, and enjoy the residenz garden.

It is very nice to live here because of the sorroundings, you can meet students of the University, Hohschule and others. It has a place for washing laundry and parking your bike.
