Die unmöbelierte Wohnung liegt am Rande des beliebten 'Viertels'. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Netto, ein Bio-Supermarkt und Bäcker sind direkt um die Ecke bzw. gegenüber. Die Straßenbahn fährt auch direkt am Dobben ab und bringt euch überhall hin...Obwohl man alles im Viertel hat. Wenn man mit dem Auto irgendwo hin muss, dann ist man innerhalb von 3Min auf der B75.
Der Balkon ist nach hinten raus und deshalb sehr ruhig. Dort gibt es auch die Möglichkeit eine Garage anzumieten: Kosten ca50€. Fahrräder können im gemeinschaftlichen Fahrradkeller abgestellt werden.
